About
pgrust is an experimental rewrite of PostgreSQL in Rust — not a toy clone, but an attempt to track Postgres behavior closely enough to become a base for deeper experiments.
pgrust v0.3 targets PostgreSQL 18.6 compatibility. Read the v0.3 update →
On the same held-out corpus of 164,000 test cases, divergences from Postgres fell from 1,454 in v0.2 to 11 in v0.3.
pgrust is not production ready. Do not put data you care about in it.
